How mandatory is it to have perimeter fencing for dalls, corsicans, Hawaiians, etc. We have a 250 ac property w/o perimeter fencing and the cattle hasnt been an issue due to all the coastal on the property and water source.

You'll need sheep fence, woven wire and 2 or 3 strand at the top.

Sheep are great wanderers.
