A few here are starting to drop. Trees on the hills have small acorns and the ones down in the bottoms are pretty good size. The deer need them it is getting really dry here.

I actually found some today working on my food plot, all on my live oaks so far, should have taken a photo since they are the biggest on live oaks I have seen in years.

Tons of tiny white oak acorns on the ground in southern Oklahoma. The trees with the big acorns (and there are many) have not fallen yet. We had around 50" of rain so far this year and we are having a bumper acorn crop.

Think every thing went nocturnal here... since getting that hog, have only had couple pic's of deer at mineral licks, & thats it... Lot of other oaks & brows might be reason & other people putting out their food plots & filling up feeders... Weather warming up again too... Getting that time of year again...
