I have 400 acres for lease near Bartlett, Tx.
Property is 2 separate tracts- approx 3 miles apart. Both have water on them. Tanks, creeks, and low areas. Good cover, large native brush. Corn and wheat is farmed on the properties. Gun or rifle. $1,800 per spot. Last year was the first year the place was hunted in 20+ years. We took a couple cull bucks and a 2 bigger deer. Does are allowed during bow season, bucks are allowed per TPWD rules. The deer density is high in the area and the potential for a 150+class deer is there.
Lease is for Deer season only.

Is this the same property u advertised as a bow lease? yes we are opening it up to rifle. Not enough interest in bow.

You do know that most good deer mgmt has a 50:50 doe to buck ratio..so not taking does could hurt..I assume by your post there are plenty of does..this according to all deer biologists...food for thought..good luck
