I've got a Wildgame Innovations 6/12V battery charger that went out on me. I'd rather not buy a new charger after 2 uses again, and am looking for recommendations for a good quality 6/12V charger.

I'm charging the standard 6V spring top batteries from Academy, but I'm planning to upgrade to 12V spreaders for my next feeders.

For the price of a charger just get a solar panel and call it a day. Have had feeders running non-stop for 4 years and never worry about charging or changing a battery.

UBG makes a good 12V charger, very reasonably priced. You can purchase online for ~$15.

Go to walmart they have some very good 12/6 volt chargers that are also a maintainter. Wont over charge, are idiot proof. I have had one for 4-5 years and its great. Will charge larger batteries also but is only 1.5 amp output so takes a while if they are big. Oh and they are cheap like $19.

I picked up a 6/12 volt 10 amp charger at TSC. It will charge my feeder batteries quickly. I only use it for the initial charge, afterwards, the solar panel takes over.
