You may get an easier answer by possibly listing what your budget is to help

First let me say the 300WM is a great round and one of my personal favorites. I've had a remington model 700 SS that I've shot for years and it's still a tack driver. Cooper,Fierce and Kimber all make a nice rifle as well. I've killed lots of Elk, Axis and Oryx with it!!!!! Good Luck with your choice. Elk

Look at Montana Rifle Arms not the Kimber Montana. I like what I bought & it is very reasonable.
