Hi all, this past week, someone posted a recipe for a dove marinade that I wanted to try, but I lost it! Did anyone else see that and possibly send me a link? It contained vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary.
Thanks

Here's a pretty simple one.
1 - Bottle of A1 1 - Stick of butter (Melted) Juice of one Lemon.
Filet your doves, soak them overnight, wrap in bacon and grill.

Guys, I have been doing this for many, many years, and always used the same method, very simple, sliver of jalepeno, wrapped in bacon, then put in a bowl and pour a whole bottle of italian dressing so they are all covered, maybe a touch of worsteshire sauce, leave in fridge overnight and grill. great. However, I have been looking at some different ways, and you guys have some great ideas, and I'm going to try them. Thanks, Jim

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
5 stems rosemary, leaves stripped and chopped
About 1 tablespoon each Salt and coarse black pepper
4 cloves garlic, crusheded
You can use the marinade to make a reduction also.My mouth is watering.
