That's supposed to be 3 and 1/2 miles out of Carbon on 2526

Not endorsing and not condemning the place since I haven't had any meat processed there. Just letting you all know what my FiL said - "it was good," but he only had some bacon wrapped steaks from there out of my BiL's deer. I have not heard back from my BiL.

When do acorns typically fall in central Eastland County? Do you think it's related to the calendar or temperature or something else? Do post oak and live oak drop about the same time?

A few are starting to drop already. I've seen some huge acorns this year. Much bigger than years past.
