Does anyone have a recipe for this using IMR4064 or IMR 4350?

Gunwriter John Barsness has often written that he always begins testing with a new .30-06 with 58 grs of IMR4350 behind most any 165 gr bullet. If the rifle won't shoot that load accurately, then it is unlikely to get better with any load. For most hunting situations, he finds that 58.5 to 59 grs will be about right.
I normally start at 57 grs myself and usually end up at around 59 with the 165 Nosler PT or AB. I'm also quite fond of Re-19 and the obsolete H-205 at about the same loading. Velocity will be somewhere above 2900 fps.

I use IMR4350 with the 165gr Accubonds.

First loads I ever assembled were in .30-06 using Nosler B-tips and IMR 4350. Now I use 165 gr. SGK's.

I use IMR4350 with the 165gr Accubonds. That my load as well. Taken Aoudad, Elk, and Deer. Never lets me down.

I use IMR4350 with the 165gr Accubonds. \ I use 180 grain trophy bonded bear claws for tougher critters like Oryx.

Nosler data is also with Nosler brass, which is a little thicker than the Winchester brass used in the Hodgdon data, which shows as high as 60 grains for a 165 Sierra. The thicker, heavier cases will have less internal case volume, therefore increasing pressures some. You have to look at the components used when looking at the max data and apply some forethought into it.

My best load was 30/06 with 165gr. Ballistic Tips. 57 gr. IMR4350. Approx. 2900 FPS out of 24" Model 70.
This load shot at 200 yards what most folks try to achieve at 100!
Problem is, they're flying handgrenades. To much destruction on game. The Accubond is a better choice for sure, if you can find them.
