I gave up on my smoker years ago but I still like baby back ribs and pulled pork at home, especially with the sales on pork. Both taste just fine with liquid smoke, and dry rub in a cooking bag.
These spent the night in the frig. They'll go in the oven at 225 after my dump cake comes out.
