This is family property, last year was the first time it has been leased/ hunted in over 20 years. This is 2 separate tracks of land, they are located about 3 miles apart. Corn and wheat is farmed on both places. Plenty of water, creeks, ponds, and drainage areas. Last season the guys took a few culls (spikes) and 2 trophy bucks. The trophy deer will be 130-150 in the area. This is a bow only lease, no camp, electricity and water is available. Camping is permitted. This is a very low pressure area and is bordered by 1 larger place that is not hunted much. The property is located in Bartlett, Tx.

You will be allowed 2 bucks and 2 doe. Hogs are also allowed. Does may be taken during archery season. Only 4 members are allowed.

$1,500 per spot.

Can you please provide some more info. Actual location so I can view on google maps, lots of farmland in that area. I'm currently hunting a couple miles se of Davilla. Will leasers have year round access, will dove and turkey hunting be allowed.Would you consider letting hunters get involved in MLD?

Property is in Bartlett, Tx. We are considering MLD. There is quite a bit of farm land in the area. We farm corn and wheat on the properties. Plenty of brush and neighbor properties are mostly brush. Year round access is included. I do not have GPS coordinates. I am working on outlining a map of the place.
