The cheap ones are good, the Ebay ones will work well. I run a couple of 7 inch Cree spots off Ebay that I put on my boat last year. They have been run about 70 hours on my rig last year with not one problem, they have been through lots of rough water too crossing big lakes and have held up well. Just try to get Cree bulbs and spots, not floods, and please do not try to light up the whole lake like some of these guys out there running huge light bars that you can see from miles away. Sometimes less is better instead of shining a huge beacon to let the world know where you are.

By a strange turn of events I have two of the 54s I thought about piggy backing one on top of the other for the airboat. Then I thought I can put the other one on the pontoon rig.
