people letting their domestic birds loose... What Talkturkey said. Kill them all before it screws up all the wild turkeys in your area. Would those be considered a wild turkey and thereby subject hunting regs/seasons/limits etc....or feral birds that can be killed any time?

My guess is since it is not listed as a game bird (Rio Grande, Eastern, Merriams etc.) I would think they would be fair game anytime?
