I purchased a bow a few weeks ago and have been shooting 2-3 times a week at 20 yards. Its been fun, but I had a lot to learn and still have even more to learn. I've gotten to the point where I can generally get 2 arrows in the white but its not often I get all three in there with 2 x's so I had to take a picture.

I wanted to say thank you to all of you for answering my questions and providing knowledge that I otherwise wouldn't have received.

This target sheet was used quite heavily before I started shooting so all of those off center shots are not mine. smile

Yeah, I use that line a lot, too. Just kidding, good shooting!

redfred,
Though they aren't all mine, I will admit that 1 or 2 might be. Well, maybe 3 or 4 of them are. Come to think of it maybe a handful or two of them are mine. Now that I think about it maybe a lot of them. Well crud, at least I can say they aren't ALL mine. Maybe I should go to Church tonight?

That's why we do the three most important things in archery. Practice, practice and practice. up

looks like Archery Country... ask em for a new target and flip it over to a 5 spot. Save yourself 30bucks on arrows.

And Good Shooting!

I like shooting new 5 spots, gives me a easier for me to tell where my groupings are on/or off at the end of the session.

Once I'm grouping "nock bustin" tight I'll increase the distance. I doubt I even shoot 50 arrows a year into the target bag though. Never been the one that shoots over and over.
