Both look mature, but the terrain looks 'Panhandle-ish' to me, so their body size may be fooling me. If by 'what are my thoughts' means would you shoot? I would have a hard time holding back on either. The wide 10 first, just because I like the width on him.

Hard to tell, but it looks like the wider one's neck meets the brisket higher than that of the other buck - perhaps he is the younger of the two. Wish their velvet would stay on and they would hold on to their current/apparent antler mass. IF the wide one gets pencil thin upon rub-out, I would pass.

Those are 2 very nice looking bucks. Both deer look to have good sized briskets on them, but other than that I can't see much that helps me age them. If anything, I'd think the second buck could be older but that is really just a guess. I don't see anything that makes me think they are young, probably safe to say they are at least 4.5 probably even a bit older than that. Its always hard for me to age deer this time of year, but in another month or so you should have a much better idea. Good luck, you couldn't really go wrong with either of those bucks IMO.

I have been watching the wide 10 for 3 seasons. I think this will be the year if I get an opportunity. Ps these bucks are from Archer County.

Nice, I just got on a new lease in Archer County this year so this is very encouraging to hear.

I'd take either one. In a heartbeat.

I like the wide 10, but would bet they score close.

Second one is mature for sure. Pictures don't tell me much on the first.

Great bucks!
