Well I reluctantly admit I bought one and got ridiculed by many as being unnecessary. I was naive in the beginning and put it in the center of my field thinking it would call the birds to the center of my field and never saw a single quail. Talked with some others in the business and I now have it hanging on my flight pen and I am sure it helps a lot with getting the birds headed home after being left in the field by hunters. From my perspective they are a good investment and the company fixed mine one time no charge.
