IDK about down there, but years ago we hunted the pecan orchards, they even bought the ammp back then. After a few years they quite supplying the ammo, but still allowed hunting for free.
Might look around the orchards near Fredricksburg, I know they have a lot of grapes as well, but not sure how those folks are..
