Are they really a wonder? Looking for something that will put movement on the water surface. I know jerk strings are the best but I am really, really lazy.
Thanks

I looked at them a while back but never pulled the trigger. They couldn't hurt but I'd get the one that swims back and forth instead of the ones that twirl in a circle. The "paddle wheel" models I believe look the best.
Like you said though a jerk rig works and it's simple and cheap.

I have a couple and I really like them. I don't use them on a pole since I want the water motion. I would recommend for sure. I have four of them now and use them all the time.
I also like that they take D batteries and not re-chargables. You will probably need to change out the batteries at the halfway point but they last a long time.

I've got one that spins in the tight circle. Its flat out a teal magnet. Big ducks, not so much

Like the concept, but if you hunt more than 10 times a year they won't hold up. We sold all of ours and went back to pulsators. They are heavy and a PIA to charge every night, but at least they hold up.

any motion is good motion......unless late in season- see how fowl respond and act accordingly......dont over analyze. if you have food and water you will have ducks- higdon bubbler very good as well- used them for years- have both

I wouldn't buy one myself after hunting over some friends wonder ducks multiple times. I was not that impressed.
I'm with GK because I like salty old dudes.

Higdon makes good products but what is a "navigator"? Did you mean G&H?
