These Barn Swallows/Mud Wrens nest on my front porch every year. They make a mess, but I enjoy having them around. These young ones are almost ready to take to the air on their own. There is five of them packed in this nest...no wonder they make such a mess.

I walk 3 times a week by a custom home that's almost finished in my neighborhood. It looks nice, but I bet the barn swallows are going to love it. Lots of ledges tucked up under the eaves. It's barn swallow heaven.

They follow me when I cut our grass. I guess it's like a buffet to them when I stir up all of the insects and such.

Lol. Duckbill that was funny! The dude up top has already taken lots of bone before this deer, both mule and whitetail.
