So I must be crazy or out of my mind. After reading last week on the forum I decided to pick yesterday ( 105 degrees ) to go out to the property and extend my feeder pen. Holy hell was it hot however with the help of two friends , 61 bottles of water and lots of laughs we added on to it therefore it now has 2 panels more on each side and 1 across the back. With where it sits that's as big as I can get unless I bring it out the other direction as well. There is some good space in there IMO. I pulled my game camera card to see what's come around the last 3 weeks 2 does and a few babies. I guess 1 of these doe kind of lives in the area near my feeder as I have seen her a lot on the card. Hopefully come fall she will bring others around. Right now this time of year how many spins on a feeder would yall recommend ? I have 2 does and a baby that sits outside the pen. Oh and a bunch of coons and hogs looking in wanting corn. Before After

Right now, I'd go one morning spin and one evening spin, 3-4 seconds ea. Come mid-late Sept., I'd jump them up to 5-6 seconds ea. in advance of bow season.

very nicely done and DQ is right on what I do. Same, as long as they are cleaning it up. Before mine ran out, I had it set at 2 sec, but I am in a position to check it daily if I want. Come cooler weather It will be around 5-6 sec. Remember, 2-4 sec, or whatever, will be a bit different for everyone depending on spinner height setting, or flow of feed, so my 2 sec, may be equivalent to yours set at 4 sec. I try to keep mine where there is just a bit left over after they hit the feeder.
