Looking for a cheap 22 semi automatic handgun so that I can shoot CCI shotshells through. email me at jodytaylor1961@gmail.com if you have something cheap. I am seeing a ICCS at Sportsmans Guide for $265 so definitely looking for something less than that. Dallas area FTF.

Semi-auto for less than $265 that actually works for the expressed duty of shotshells? I wanna know why you wanna shoot shotshells semi-auto but I'm affraid to ask. There was a sweet 1973 Ruger MKI target but I'm glad it's now sold for a mere $250 (or less maybe although the magazines are $50 now days). Anyway.....good luck.

if you're doing shotshell cci, you might try the heritage arms revolver rather than semi-auto
i tried shotshell in a couple of ruger semi's with not so good results
i picked up three heritage arms 22's for about $115 each.

I've never been able to get shotshells to cycle in a semi-auto either. Revolver is the way to go.

3rd opinion - Get a revolver they will not cycle a auto !!!

Shotshells are WAY under powered - the shot will spin to a very wide pattern quickly if loaded to full power - so they use very little gun powder.
