First time to offer this beautiful ranch located south of Hamilton about ten mins for lease. Ranch has nice brick home for the lodging that is fully furnished with cable and wifi along with we are looking into building metal lodge next to it to accomidate more guest if need be and will be the game room with pool table and big screen for the football games. Ranch vehicles will be provided along with full time guide ranchhand. Will be building new skinning rack with walkin freezer as well we Will have brand new blinds with protein feeders and corn feeders at each hunting location on the ranch. Already have protein going just wanting to upgrade everything and get this place to perfect. Ranch has Axis and Black buck, we are working on the heard of aoudad and looking into getting oryx for the ranch as well. They oryx and aoudad could be worked into the lease just have to talk more about it and see what we can work out. This will be a highly mangement minded ranch with the whitetails and want everyone on board with it as well. This will be our projected whitetail tags for mld this year.

Have award winning Taxidermist on staff to take care of any animals you would want mounted or anything done with along with taken care of the meat as well. We can work it to where all food is provided for individuals as well. Each person can have guest and will work up a set number of guest per family member with the group.
