Been looking at putting together a little data research. I am putting together a survey booklet for this season. I am looking to send out up to 75+ of them all over Texas. I would prefer whoever takes them to be dedicated to completing it all season (every sit/hunt) and send them back to me after the season. Anyone who deer hunts more than once or twice a year is eligible. New to hunting or lifetime of experience, doesn't matter. As long as you write in legible English and willing to have some fun with this. It will help you keep track of what you see and a little more information as well. I don't mind paying for return shipping if needed, but I can send out more if you don't mind sending it back on your dime(couple of dollars)(paying for this out of my pocket). PM me for more information or to get on board. Let me know if I need to include return postage (I'll provide envelope either way) when you let me know if you want to take part. Also, I will need an estimate of how many days of hunting this season you plan on, so you will have enough pages in your book. Right now, I am seeing if i can get enough interest to make this worth while. Who wants to help out? IT will be fun and a great learning experience for all!!
PS: No personal information or exact hunting location will be asked in the data collection. Only county/region of Texas.

Yes. Not sure how just yet but it will be shared to the contributors.
Looking to basically bust myths in the hunting industry or prove them. To find any trends of a certain area and any other fun trivia that comes out of it.

It's a few more questions than just excell sheet. Easier to take the booklet with you to the stand and not forget to fill it out completely.

I've got the last two years data that shows what was seen by every hunter at every stand during every hunt. It's all in an excel spread sheet. I'd be willing to share that data especially if we were provided any findings from your research.
