Was out Sunday-Tuesday hunting with mulie_mike trying to put down 6 axis doe. Ended up only killing 3, plus a fox. Here are the pics from my phone (crappy). Will try and upload camera pics as well, but later.

2 Small axis bucks that came into water hole the first night

First blood! I stalked in with Mike on a group but they busted us and a group of 4 ran up to about 40yd as we hunted a different part of hill. DRT

#selfie. After shooting that deer the first day with the 22-250, I traded weapons with my dad, who had deer come in, but too far for the lever gun pictured. Full kit included a Browning backpack, CamelBak, Sig Sauer SP2022, and binos.

4th blood! Stalked to 89yd and Tyler put up the sticks and I made it happen with the .30-30. 50yd blood trail 2nd blood was an axis doe and 3rd was a fox. Pics to come.

Good job you have some dang good eats there. And good shooting with the iron sights. Take a look at your last two pics. Which one do you think best shows a proud and successful hunt? You won she lost but she deserves the respect you show in the last pic. up

Not sure I understand what you mean.. Do clarify, please. We did pose her for the picture.

Yessir just gobbled up some tenderloin. Lemon and pepper, Montreal steak, and worchestershire, pan fried for 2-3 min each side. Melts in mouth lol.
