If so.. What's good recipes, make sausage..?

never tried it but I suspect it couldn't be too far off from a Barbados ... we used to quarter Barbados and toss on the pit like a brisket or pork roast, came out pretty good other than a slight sheepy ting.

I shot a ewe a few years ago and thought the meat was really good.
I have heard the rams are really gamey, but if I wanted it to taste like beef then I'd eat beef!
Big ones line-up, little ones bunch-up

I made the hams of the ram I shot into sausage. It tasted just like venison sausage.

I made sausage, link and breakfast, chili meat, ground meat for burgers. An auodad burger is good!
