Anybody hunt in Mitchell Co? We have a lease south of Colorado City and the lake. Haven't had a chance to make it out yet this year and was wondering what it looked like with the rain from the Spring and early summer. Hoping the deer are growing well.

Everything is green and greener. I have seen more sunflowers this year than I can ever remember, the pastures are in better shape this year than they have been in a long time.

I have a place south of Westbrook. I am heading there tomorrow, if I remember I will post some pics. Grass and crops are great. We will plant wheat in sept-oct hopefully we will get some more rain to get it up nice. I have hunted there for a very long time 15+ years. The only negative I the deer won't come to feeders and they love to stay in the thick brush.

Your feeder out in middle of an open field?

No it's on a brush line right on the edge of a field.
