All corn has bugs in it, if not bugs then eggs. It is just a matter of how mature they are, how many, etc.

Not all corn has bugs in it if is treated when it is bagged. That treatment only lasts so long but it will keep bugs from starting. Humid weather/rain can lead to more problems. Brown Bugs are the most common and more of a PITA than what weevils are with corn. Clean the feeder out and spray it, let it air out and then refill it with clean corn.
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?

Tyler area. The bags have been in house for several months.. Got 4 bags left, just opened one bag & its got bugs... stx can you post pic of the two bugs mentioned ? i took pic's but as mentioned not able ta post, am on cell phone, & limited.. Will post pics later.. Think their, weevils, not sure... Have another bag, & see bugs on it.. The otther two bags from different store & brand, all bags bout bout same time.. Looks like just one brand... Big question, will it harm the deer ? threw corn & bugs from feeder on ground away from feeder...

Best place to store left over corn and keep the bugs out is a walk in freezer.

We've had weevils a few times, always fed it and never seemed to have a problem. I don't like it but I didn't think it was a big deal.

If you got a fine powder around your bags or when you pour the corn out you've got weevils! Deer will still eat the corn. Had them bad last year let corn run out that was "infected" let feeders run dry for a month or 2 and the heat took care of them.

Wasnt sure if harm deer or not so scattrted by had.... & ones that said good for hog bait, old news.& they havr ta be around... Been over tao months since seen pic of hog on cam, & use old school methods tracks trails cut in tall weeds, mud rubs, wallows for cooling & getting the ticks, fleas, chiggers, & such... Keeps me sharp as a tack whin get chance ta wonder about the woods at OSBWMA, never had problems finding hogs their if ya know what ya doing... Not an expert, pressure keeps hogs on the move... will let ya know if hogs do come in... Only got till end of month & licence runs out... Its called poaching if ya take hog for en & chillen with out hunting licence... will put pic up later of bugs... Again thanks for info...
