Made a few mistakes and failed to get video until last night using the IR Hunter Mark 2 35mm.
Finally got it done though. Someday I'll work on production. 9 Miles SE of Taylor TX, not long
after dark, boar, measued 54" where he fell from tip of snout to back of hams. Not a bruiser
but not a bad size pig.

Cheers

Very Nice! Thanks for sharing!

I laughed at the heartbeat bounce. It shows in my vids sometimes as well. You did fine!

Nice video. What was the distance to the hog?

Great video. I thought for a minute you were going to let him walk.

Aprox 75 yards. We have an elevated blind out at 170 yards but the hay and a little feral grass is really high around the feeder area. Some of it up to my belly button.
Once it's fairly dark, I've had pigs walk up behind me while sitting in the high rack of the Ranger, within 20 yards or so. They grunt & squeal but just walk around the Ranger at 10 to 20 yards and get back on the road. I can park in the open pasture in front of the feeder, or as in the video, park with a treeline behind me where I have least amount of tall thick feral grass between my position and the target area. I just mowed a 30' X 30' patch around the feeder three weeks ago but it's in a low spot so it grows back rapidly.
The IR Hunter Mark 2, you must turn on the video output each time you power on the scope. Been forgetting that step, missing the video capture but I got it right this time.

Cheers
