Dad bought this scope and the specs show the tube to be a 1". Looking at it next to other scopes it is bigger than one inch so we miced it and it is more like an inch and 3/16ths. Just wonder if anyone else has ran into this, we are trying to decide which mounts to get for it. Thanks for any help.

1 3/16" = 30mm, I'm pretty sure.

It does I just don't know why they are saying it is 1" and not a 30mm.

I looked it up with Google after you brought it up. One of the listings I found was for the 3200 with the Firefly reticle and the tube on it was listed as 30mm. The other listing I found was for a regular 3200 and it said 1" tube. Since they've been discontinued it was hard to find information but apparently this scope was available in both measurements at one time or another.

It's a very underrated optic in my opinion.
