I glued up these blanks last week, all cuts were made with a miter saw. Same as the last ones the glue used was Elmer's Pro. This what they look like before they were turned to shape.

Thanks for the comments. This is my second in a series of showing some of the new callmakers on a callmaking forum how to make fancy calls without a lot of fancy equipment. They keep telling us old timers they need a lot more equipment to make fancy calls like we do. For these all I needed to use beside the basics callmaking tools was a miter box. $38 from Amazon.

That is a beautiful call. Jaxton loves the one you made for him although he doesn't really have a clue what he is doing with it yet haha. My 3 yr old Jaxton messing around with one of Marvin's calls.
