So...if a certain leader was to try and leave some sort of "legacy" involving gun control (this is assuming he doesn't pull some stunt to declare martial law and suspend elections) during the remaining 18 months, and you could buy only 1 firearm, pistol or rifle, before the law changed, what would it be?

Picked it up a couple weeks ago. Spring Field Range Officers Compact 45 ACP, like the bumper sticker says, It's just silly to shoot twice. I have to find one of those.
There is time, and you must take it, to lay your hand on your dog's head as you walk past him lying on the floor or on his settle, time to talk with him, to remember with him, time to please him, time you can't buy back once he's gone" GBE

I'll never buy another gun. I only shoot my Beretta 20 gauge, O/U, with 26 inch barrels, and I don't miss.

Gun nuts. Baby needs new shoes. This post made me think. I just went and checked all my guns and apparently I have purchased all female guns because none of them have nuts.

Something useful for re-asserting my second amendment rights... Know what I mean?
Kind regards, charlesb

I was thinking a Remington 742 with a Redfield scope that Bill has not shot in years would be nice.

Those are some strange names for firearms. I've never heard of such manufacturers and models before. But hey, what do I know.

A Sega 12 gauge with a couple of drum magazines and a couple cases of 3" 00 buckshot.
My bad, you said pistol or rifle. It would have to be a 50 cal Barrett.
