For the sake of my children I try hard to be nice to my exes, sometimes I wonder why but that's just me. I did however get my 1'st wife pretty good one time (we laugh about it now). I was out wade fishing after work and killed a rattler with a plastic pipeline marker while running down a trail to make it to the water before dark. She was on my arse because "all I did was work, hunt, and fish", so figured it was appropriate at the time. I took the snake home and put it just off to the side by my front door (yes we were sore at each other), I coiled it up and put a stick in it's mouth & under it's head making it look like it was going to strike. I turned the porch light off and waited on the couch. She finally came home from her mother's and fumbled for her keys in the dark, then I turned the light on. I probly shouldn't have done that but I was young, dumb, and tired of her biotching all the time. Screams, thumps, more screams and the sound of stuff hitting the ground.....did I mention I probly shouldn't have done that . No, it didn't make things any better.
