So I've ran into an issue with getting my bow dialed in. Chasing my arrows so I kept having to drop my pins down further and further. I'm on paper but i ran out of room to dial in the last pin exactly where i want it. I then dropped my entire sight down further until that is maxed out. Still not quite where I need it. All three of my pins are bunched up at the bottom. Is this a peep sight issue now?

Sounds like it. Has your peep moved? Is it served into place?

Also is your D loop set solid? It could be it is sliding on your serving when you draw.

Well something has changed. Who did your string change out? If the loop/peep height isn't exactly as it was before your rest height, center shot and everything could be off.

What I would do, close your eyes, come to full draw and anchor. Then slowly open your eye(s). If you don't see completely thru the peep and/or you have to move your head in order to see thru the peep, you need to have it adjusted.

Yeah i just got new strings put on. The D loop is set solid and the peep is tied. Two things... You arrow rest is moving down or you are changing your anchor point. I bet he loosened your rest to paper tune with new strings and didn't get it tightened all the way back.

Could be any of the things mentioned or several other things that are not as easy to spot. Not sure who you had replace the strings but the strings but I would go back to them and explain the problem, any good bow tech should be able to find the problem pretty quick. If the one that installed the new strings cannot find the issue pretty quickly and fix it I would say take it to someone that can.
Not all strings are created equal, have seem one set for a Mission bow that came with instructions to put 31 twists in the cables and string so the length would be right, if something like that is missed there will be an issue.

If you don't see completely thru the peep and/or you have to move your head in order to see thru the peep, you need to have it adjusted. This is very good advice and something you can do yourself at home. As for your peep being served in look to make sure they tied the top and bottom serving together. What I mean by that is the the top serving should continue to the bottom serving as one continuous piece of serving thread and it will be wrapped around one of the split sides of the bow string then wrap around the peep itself and continue to the bottom serving. I see people with two separate servings and they can slip. It doesn't take much movement on your peep to create the problem you are describing. Lots of other good suggestions but I would look at the peep first. Good luck
