Is $25/acre the going rate in that area? Year round access? Electricity and water?

I wasn't asking to lease an acre. I was just asking if that's a good price for that area. I'm only familiar with north Texas and panhandle leases. I've always heard $5-10/acre is good. 300 acres for $7,500 is $25/acre. It must be in a really good area. Electricity and water? House or cabin on the place? Corn, protein, feeders and stands included?

People can ask whatever they want. If it's too high for you, move on and spare everyone your thoughts and opinions on lease pricing.

Not too high for me at all if you're directing your tired remark at me. None of my questions were out of line or a slam in any way.
Thanks for all the lease info, tractorred. Sorry for the derail, I guess. Best of luck!

I'd ask him if he's pregnant. He missed a s__tload of periods. I'll take "things that look like a uterus" for $200 Alex.

No high fence. Has house and electricity at hunter expense. Can hook up trailers. Surrounding property is going for $2500.00- $3000.00 per gun if leased at all. Call the no. listed if interested or more questions.
