I bought a pair of Merrell 400 thinsolate goretex boots several years ago and the plastic on the exterior deteriorated and broke apart. I called them, they sent me a form and replaced them with a new pair of Crestbound Goretex hiking boots and all it cost me was shipping my old ones to them. Outstanding customer service and the new boots are awesome. Retail on my new ones were $239.00. I'm very pleased!

It's always nice to here that a company goes out of their way for a customer. I have owned a pair like you for several years and have been extremely happy with them.
