Personally don't own a glock at the moment, but found this interesting. Not quiet sure about my take on this.

Don't make sense. Ruin's the Glock's whole meaning of life.

Unless someone is extremely paranoid it is useless. The Glock has 3 safeties. Keep your finger off of the trigger until you are ready to fire.

I'm probably not going to spend my money on this but I don't think it's dumb. I put my thumb on the back of slide while I'm putting the gun in the holster anyway. I have this habit from carrying guns with grip safeties. The grip saftey keeps the gun from going off if I miss the holster and snagg the trigger on top of it or on my shirt or something. With a Glock, you normally just have to look down while holstering. This gadget accomplishes the same thing as a grip safety. It makes it a little safer to holser without looking.

I have no idea what they are even trying to accomplish with that "gadget".

I have to draw my pistol maybe 3 or 4 times a year during hunting season and that's usually to track a wounded hog or send a snake to see the devil. I have always had a habit of being EXTREMELY careful when reholstering for fear of the trigger hanging on my clothes by watching the pistol as it enters the holster. I doubt even if I had the "gadget" it would change that habit so its a no go for me.

Yes I can see how it might be another layer of safety but I can also see how it might create a false sense of safety too.

I wouldn't mind if Glock made this a standard feature but I'm not going to pay extra for it. Glocks cost too much as it is considering they comes with cheap plastic sights and magazines.

Love this reply. That's exatcly what it is. Unfortunately owning a holster company you worry about some one reholstering and their belt/shirt etv getting caught and the next thing you know you have a lawsuit. I wish all people were careful. But selling online you never know.

I use your holster for my Glock every day. I holster and upholster it multiple times a day. Even sitting here trying to fit the holster into the trigger guard, I can't figure out how people manage to discharge the weapon while holstering. I do understand the shirt getting caught, which is why I always grab the shirt with my off hand, to clear the path.

I can't tell you how many THOUSANDS of times I've holsters Glocks, XD's, Rugers, and 1911s, and I haven't had an AD.

How about being smart enough to keep your finger out of the trigger guard when you holster?

I don't see a need for it.
