http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com/2015/07/muzzle-brake-comparison-test-by-precision-rifle-blog/

Here is a blog that is being written...meaning they aren't done but I've been impressed enough with the intial blog post that I've subscribed to the blog so I am notified of the future posts.

I'll also admit I was really shocked at the recoil differences between them and never would've imagined there was that much difference.

Oh and Chad...for you this is a muzzle break comparison grin

Really good read. I've been following it. I run an APA Fat Bastard on two of my rifles and a JP Compensator on my 6.5 Creedmoor. Makes me feel good about my choices. They definitely do the job well.

I understand that it isn't so pleasant for folks nearby, but then I've never much cared what other people think...LOL

Cosmetics have to have a 50% value in comparisons.

As usual he provides an unbiased, scientific approach to the tests. Great article, and I am curious to see what happens with the big 300.

I've been happy with my JEC so far.

I've been happy with both of mine as well I'm glad to see they rank among the highest on the list.

It is in the 6mm, not the 6.5 mm with an explanation why.

However, if you look at the fianal talleys of both groups there was little to no change going from 6mm to 6.5mm, so the JEC might well have placed third in both groups.
