Tonight is cheeseburger night. I generally have a store bought hash patty with my cheeseburgers, but I'm out and not in the mood to go to the store. I had part of a leftover russet potato in the frig, and zapped a smaller white potato in my microwave. Next I scrambles an egg in there, and made my potato salad. It came out fine.

Bill, do you rotate through a fixed daily menu, or do you go off the reservation some days? I'm gonna try the stuffed baked tater salad recipe.

I'm pretty much fixed with steak on Sunday night, and a cheeseburger on Thursday nights. I pretty well mix up the other nights depending on my leftovers. Sometimes I have enough leftover steak to make fajitas twice a week. I had that Tuesday and will have it again Saturday.

I generally go out with my widower neighbor on Wednesday nights.
