The general area of the leases are between Alvin, Sante Fe and Liverpool, which is the South Zone for Dove. There are 2 different leases you may choose between for the 2015-2016 season. A guest or immediate family members (wife and kids 17 and under) are also allowed with the price, except for opening weekend. Inquire for more details. Lease privileges include the early AND late season, plus access 2 weeks prior to season opening for scouting.

Lease 1 is 3,100 acres Tract 1 has milo, rice, soybeans and corn planted on it this year, along with treelines and canals running through property. There will be 2 entrances to the property. ATV/UTV will be needed to access most of the property, although some like to walk as well. There will be designated parking areas for the vehicles. 

Lease 2 is consists of 3 separate tracts, 800 acres, 400 acres and 125 acres Lease 2 is consists of rice and fallow fields, along with tree lines and canals. These 3 tracts have easy access with vehicles as they have gravel roads running through the middle of the properties. Any access off of the gravel road is by foot or ATV/UTV. 

Price for lease is $325
