I have no connection to this lease, I simply saw it posted on FM and trying to help you guys out!
Turkey and deer lease available. 465 acres with heavy cover of mesquite, oak, and some pecans. 20 acre field will be planted in wheat, and if other seed wanted, you furnish. I called it and spoke to the guy, got the feeling he does more than just check his cattle every morning. He runs hog traps and u cant shoot big hogs plus no bobcat or fox allowed. It was just long drive to breckenridge from houston. Thanks for posting though maybe good for someone else.
