My bro in law came to the condo the week after we bought it. He saw the shoddy wooden fish/duck cleaning table out back and took measurements. He sent me this pic when it was done. I lke the lockable storage underneath so the renters don't get sticky fingers with my filet knives and zip lock bags.


I installed it yesterday. When I was done something bothered me. The white pvc stuck out like a sore thumb. A little brown primer and that took the eye off of the white flash of pvc and put a nice finish on it. Notice the removable fish cut and duck feather box on the right side. Outstanding job Bro in law!!!

Why did I know it would be you or Hayraker? It is 1 inch off from the left side to the right side. That way the water drains rapidly to the drain on the right side. The basket in the drain is removable to capture guts, tails and scales. The other part making it look off is the camera angle. Look at the distance from the leg on the right vs the leg on the left. That is what is throwing your eyeball into a tailspin. Also there is a 2 inch drop in the concrete of the span of 8 foot from left to right.

He should have put the drain on the left so you wouldn't need all that pipe

I bet some of y'all are also confused about the size of fish in pictures when people hold them at various arm lengths

You two are something else. I really shouldn't explain but I will in this instance. There will be a drain placed inside the fence that drains the icemaker as well. Icemakers flush themselves prior to each tray fill so they require a good open drain. I asked he put the drain on the right side so when washing off the table you would be spraying towards the canal and not spraying fish guts and duck guts on to the wall of the house. Eventually when I put the drain inside the fence, the drain returning back towards the house will be completely removed.

I get it. THe picture makes it look like it is leaning to the left. I assure you it is not. It drops one inch over the 8 foot length of the table. How do I know this you ask? Because I put the support board in with a level. When I put the table on it, I realized the support board can't go in level, it has to drop 1 inch over the 8 foot span. So I had to remove the support board and drop the right side by 1 inch and all fit well..

Rather than you two yutes picking over the internet, how about yall load up and drive down come January? You can pick at the table in person while we are drinking man soda.
