I had a guest and his son at my lease July 10 -11. He was raised in Nebraska and was looking for his first Texas pig hunt. I put him on a box where we've been seeing pigs regularly and he took his first pig! Excellent job on a Boar!

Next morning I took him to a pond that's full of Bass. He and his son caught quite a few (catch and release) but we kept 4 for the grill. Cooked them on the half shell and they were delicious.

I think it's safe to say they had a memorable trip.
