I have a budy that has a HF place. They were watching several of the better bucks for 3 years now, how long they have owned the place. They finally decided to shoot some of them that weren't getting any better. One of the bucks they shot last year was 9.5 YO (they sent the teeth off for aging) Meaning the year they first saw him he was 6.5.

I have some in a thread from last hunting season, he's the same 9 point as he as always been. Huge deer with the same head gear every year, see him maybe twice a year on the stand.

That deer probably won't even make through this year. He looks extremely old. If you ever wanted to take him, I'd do it this season.
