For you guys still looking for a place to hunt this season we have two awesome leases just posted on the market. One is approximately 100 acres with 5 ponds all stocked, mesquite patches, hard tree lines. Maximum of 10 hunters on this lease only $300/gun for the season. About 45 minutes south of DFW in Milford, TX   Second lease is 550 acres of wheat and milo with several creek, ponds, and hard tree lines. Located in Italy, TX about 30-45 minutes south of DFW. This property is open for anyone one up to thirty hunters. Only $250/gun for the season.

We wont allow anymore than 30 hunters on both the 330 acre field and the 550 acre field. We budget all of our fields and strictly manage them to make sure we don't have any over crowding or over hunting. No more showing up opening morning and battling 100 other hunters to get to your spot.

Our 100 acre lease in Milford is sold out! We still have several spots on the 330 acre sunflower/wheat field in Milford $300/gun for the season October-December and 550 acre milo field in Italy $250/gun for Sept-October season. Call or PM me for more details or to see the property.
