 Hunt around Lampasas

I am looking for a place to hunt at the end of October or the first Novomber for does or anything within an hour of Lampasas, I am wanting to take my step out and do a little hunting, he is in his 70's and has a hard time walking and can not climb. If anyone has a place that I could take him please let me know.
