Hello all,
Haven't posted here in a while, been busy working this summer. Anyway, was curious if anyone knew of any game ranches around the San Antonio area that wouldn't mind having someone come out for a weekend to do a little swine control to help them out. Was wanting to do a "bacon getaway weekend" sometime early next year, between the end of deer season and the start of spring turkey season. Can hunt them with either rifle, shotgun or crossbow, whichever the ranch prefers. I'm not doing this for trophy hogs...I just want to help out one of the ranches with any hog population problems they have, while having a little fun earning some bacon too. Any suggestions?

Look at texas parks and wildlife for public land permits and draws. Lots of free opportunities.
