Hi, No wife and kids this weekend, so need to fill my time with something Anyone have any tips on hog hunting in the Austin area over the weekend? Some of the places seem to be closed. Many thanks

ta THF... Over 24 hours & 0 responders ? Not in Austin area, if its like here , tough finding a place ta hog hunt.. Most of my hog hunts is down the road, on WMA $48.00 permit.. Seen no replies on the post about the place from craiglist.. Best wishes..

Hunt La. style. Drive down the road and shoot one if you see it. Theres a large sounder that comes out at dusk, just north of the outlet mall in Round Rock on the south-bound side of 35.

Both. I don't having some meet but currently the freezer is full so no need for more hog meat. Why?

Both. I don't having some meet but currently the freezer is full so no need for more hog meat. Why? Well, have a small place (100 acres) and don't mind, (if the hogs are running down by the creek) , that folks can put some meat in the freezer. don't want them laying around. The wife kinda freaks.
