Concerned about leaving her outside all day in enclosed kennel. Still worried somehow a dog will find a way in it. Any stories or am i thinking about it too hard

Over, under, through... I've seen many different kennel entry points and escape routes. But I've never seen 'em tied up through the fence. If she's in a good kennel I wouldn't worry too much. I keep quite a few hounds and it can be a pain, but I cut most of my males.

My yard isn't fenced so stray dogs could come up to the kennels if they wanted but for the most part I haven't had any trouble. Only thing I have seen come up when one of the girls are in heat, has been our resident Red Fox. No dogs have messed with them at all so far. I had a few that wanted to come around when we first moved to our house but a slingshot & BB gun stopped them from coming back after a couple of tries. Why don't you just bring her to my place and put her in the Kennel with Ace for a few days? Everyone loves puppies!

Friend of mine had her dog in heat in its crate in the house with a male that was not in a crate. It was her roommates male and he was not fixed. They thought a metal crate would be enough. She came home one day and she had broken out of the metal crate and was pregnant.

No idea what type of kennel you have, but things can happen. Where there's a will, there's a way.
