They were good. It takes a little effort, but they were worth it. I like simple ingredients. Potatoes, oil, salt, pepper, and broth.

Had some this weekend. Cut sweet taters in wedges, roll in a little olive oil salt and pepper then bake... darn good

Made these last night along with a prime ribeye and have to say they were awesome. Not sure I'll cook potatoes any other way going forward.

I tried them but didn't do them right. I cooked them in a skillet on the stove open the whole time and took forever (duh). I kept adding & adding broth and think I added too much. I covered them at the end to finally finish them. Next time I will cover the whole time or use the grill and cover.

The grill took a while too. I started around 400 degrees to get the oil hot and a nice crisp on the outside. After searing the steak in the same pan, I through the steak on the grill and reduced to 325 until it reached about 140 internal. timed both just right.

I did make some red potatoes and think that's the route to go. They cook a little quicker being smaller.
