I tried this a while back and they came out very good other than a bit dry due to using too much bread crumb in my meat mixture (wasn't following a recipe, just going by sight).

I made these this last weekend. Cooked them on the Green Egg for one hour at 350. They were OUTSTANDING!!! Very easy to make. Only change I made was not to cut the onion in halve but only cut one side. Made stuffing the meat a lot easier.

I made these last weekend. Added some diced japs and used pork sausage and ground pork instead of beef. Basted with some Head Country BBQ sauce at the end. My wife and I got all over them.
