Can't help it fellas. I love rimfire's. They're fun. Accurate and wreak havoc on small varmint's/rodent's. Guess my fav is my Ruger SP101. Shooting the CCI "quiet" 22's it's barely louder than an air soft.
Please share your favorite's.

I too, love .22 handguns and have owned and sold/traded off too many good ones to think too long on the past. lol.
As for my favorite it has to be my Ruger Super Single Six .22lr/.22 magnum circa 1974. 6 1/2 blue version. Cost $92.50 brand new when my mother bought in her name because I was not 21.
I have no idea how many rounds it has digested. It has been semi retired for the past 10 years but I just ran across some .22 mag ammunition last week so it might get some exercise this weekend.
I am waiting for Ruger to come out with the LCRx in .22lr, and I have recently been considering a Charter Arms 3 inch Pathfinder.
I just hope to soon begin to see .22 ammo sit on the shelf for more than a couple minutes !

Ruger Bearcat, bought in 1975 for $20. Still in excellent condition. When my wife and I met she was shooting quarters off a fencepost at 20 feet. Still have the quarters too.

Favorite I don't know but I have a Taurus 22 mag that I carry as a backup for close shots at night on coyotes. It shoots great and packs a punch.

I only have one .22 revolver, a Smith & Wesson Mdl. 63. I guess that would be my favorite by default, but I would really like to get a Ruger Single Six some day. When I do, I suspect my favorite will probably change.

My Colt Diamondback, with Pachmyer grips, is my favorite. Nothing comes close. Best rimfire and snubbie .38 revolver ever made IMO.

I've wanted a 22 Mag Cylinder for the Bearcat for a while. I found a blue cylinder and a cheap reamer. Here it is.

I have a Colt New Frontier that I purchased in 1973. It's a great shooter. The kids love it too. I have no idea how many rounds I've put through it but it's a bunch.

I like the S&W K-22 Masterpiece, Dan Wesson 15-2 (big and heavy for a .22 but very accurate), and Colt New Frontier. Would love to get a Diamondback but prices have gotten crazy. For new guns, I do like the 617 as well.

I second the Colt Diamondback. A smoother more accurate rimfire I doubt has ever been made.
